[NYC]: Participants Needed For an In-person Study On "Subtle Discrimination"
My name is Yinglee Wong, and I am currently recruiting participants for a study on subtle discrimination. Your assistance will be helpful in assisting psychologists and educators to be aware of how discrimination affects several groups based on their sexual orientation.

I am looking for participants in either the greater New York/New Jersey area who would be able to devote approximately 60-90 minutes for a focus group interview. In order to take part in this focus group, participants should identify themselves as lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, or queer.

Participation would be completely voluntary. There is minimal to no physical or psychological risk involved in this study. There will be no payment for participating in this study, but we will provide you with snacks and refreshments.

Also, it would be a great opportunity for you to discuss these pertinent issues and hear how others may experience similar issues as you do.

If you would be interested in participating in this study, you can contact me through email at yinglee (dot) wong (at) gmail (dot) com. You can also contact the principal investigator of this study, Dr. Kevin Nadal at (212) 237-8795 or knadal (at) jjay (dot) cuny (dot) edu.

Thank you!
