Hooray! We have a New Banner for Pride Celebrations
after the death-thru-exhaustion of the old one, a new banner was conceived, created and delivered and is now waiting for people to come and carry it thru the streets of NYC and surrounding areas

The 6th Annual Coney Island Film Festival takes place this weekend October 6-8. Films, panels, legendary opening night party, beer, special events, industry reps, q+a's with the filmmakers, a walking tour of Coney Island film locations, an awards ceremony, live sideshow acts, live burlesque, historic New York, amusements, rides, hot dogs, the beach, AFFORDABLE SCREENINGS! What more could you ask for?

Screening Highlights include The Warriors an interactive experience. Long lost 1979 Coney Classic "Boardwalk" starring Lee Strasberg, Ruth Gordon and Janet Leigh, My Life as an Underdog which chronicles the life and times of "Underdog Lady" Suzanne Muldowney (as heard on the Howard Stern show this morning), master animator Bill Plympton's Guide Dog, a short program of films shot on Coney Island, Tales of Times Square (see the fabled Times Square before it's Disneyfication) family films, animation, experimental, documentaries, music videos, dramas, foreign films, adult themed films, comedys, you name it, we've got it. Hey folks

Tomorrow im vistiting you for the first time but i have no idea how to get there. Can anyone help me out with public transport directions from Port Authority, like bus or s? Am worried am gonna get horribly lost.
